At Burnpump Fitness we do 45-60 minute sessions of high, medium & low circuit intensity training according to you!
Our programs are always different. We don’t repeat any workouts so routines are never the same. A huge amount of variety means no plateaus and you'll never feel bored!

WHAT WE DO
One-on-One Personal Training Sessions
Personal One-on-One Training is a program where we provide a personalized fitness program with personalized exercises, according to your fitness level, your fitness needs, and personal goals. The training program is led by a Certified Coach side by side next to you to motivate, educate, inspire and push you to achieve your goals.
This is an excellent program for people who need a individualized and special attention after any injuries, or in the process of physical rehabilitation.
Semi-Private Group Training
In our Semi-Private Group Training program, we offer a variety of classes like HIIT Strength Training, HIIT Cardio, Calisthenitc Classes, and more!
This program is designed to be a Small Group Training Class, with no more than 4 people per class, in order to keep providing a personalized exercise program, and a personalized experience in a welcoming and inclusive environment to all ages and all fitness levels.
This is an excellent program to connect and socialize with new members and build community, while exercising and sweating out!
